Mediation

When both parties in a contested matter become motivated to resolve their issues quickly and affordably, mediation can be a powerful tool. Mediation requires that an independent, neutral third party helps the parties of a legal action reach a voluntary negotiated outcome. Through mediation, the parties craft their agreement together rather than conceding that power to a judge alone. Ultimately, mediation allows clients to maintain control over the decision that guide their lives (rather than a judge who may not fully understand the dynamics of the parties’ circumstances).

Our attorneys are trained mediators who often serve as the neutral third party guiding opposing parties in drafting their mutual agreements. Additionally, as trained and experienced mediators, we are adept at helping clients strategize and prepare for mediation opportunities in order to secure a positive outcome that meets their needs.
